To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

The product must include all original tags, labels, and proof of purchase.

Products that have been damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return.

Once we receive your returned item, our quality inspection team will review it before approving a refund or replacement as per your request.

2. Refund Policy

If your return request is approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 4–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Please note:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Refunds are not applicable on items purchased during clearance sales, on gift cards, or for customized/personalized products.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed successfully.

3. Replacement Policy

If you opt for a replacement instead of a refund, the replacement order will be processed immediately after the returned product is received and inspected.
Your replacement item will be delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by a defect or an error from our side. In such cases, WeeQub Technologies will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain product categories are not eligible for return or refund, including:

• Clearance or discounted sale items
• Gift cards and promotional vouchers
• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
